If you don’t have an account with us, contact customerservice@minkoffparfum.com with your order number, name, and email address.

Standard U.S shipping carrier rates apply, which includes a fee of $5.99. Delivery typically takes five to seven business days after your purchase is placed.

All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.

At this time, we do not accept exchanges.

Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to display in your account as processing times vary based on payment providers.

We're so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. 

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to customerservice@minkoffparfum.com, be sure to include your order number. We will contact you with next steps.

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. However, if you decide you’d like to return the product after receiving it, you may. See our return policy for more details.
